Nursery to Y1: Sit in Year 2 to Year 12: Stage 1: Computer based cognitive test (CAT 4) Stage 2: Entrance exams Student interviews (Year 2 – Year 6) Paper tests (Year 7- Year 12) |

If admissible and space is available → a Placement will be offered. When the placement offer is accepted by the family, the application proceeds to enrolment. If inadmissible → Communication sent to family and the application will be closed. |
Age Placement
Our age placement policy is strictly in accordance with age related criteria. The cut off birthday determining age & grade level is 01 September. Please contact admissions@reigategrammar.edu.vn for our current Age Placement.
Waiting list
If a placement is not available, the application shall be placed on the waiting list. Kindly note, only a completed application will be placed on the relevant waiting list on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis, in accordance with RGSV admissions policies. We endeavour to enroll new students throughout the school year as placements become available. However, it is not possible for us to guarantee placement in advance for each child who applies. The possibility of placement for waiting list applicants will be based on the number of student withdrawals and priority applications, all of which influence the number of vacancies in each age group.
