SEED Program
From the smallest beginnings grow the strongest roots.
The Seed Student Program honours our earliest learners - those who join the school before Year 1 and grow with us through every stage of their education. Like seeds planted in fertile soil, these students are nurtured from the very beginning and form the foundation of our learning community. As they grow, they embody the values, spirit, and culture of our school. This program recognises their deep-rooted connection and long-term commitment with special traditions, milestones, and opportunities reserved just for them.
ELIGIBILITY
- The program is non-selective in terms of academic ability.
- Students who actively demonstrate progression throughout each academic year are eligible to retain their status.
- All students who were enrolled in the school’s Early Childhood Centre (ECC) and continue into the main school will be automatically granted Seed Student Program status.
PROGRAM BENEFITS
- Students receive a minimum of 45% tuition fee reduction on any future academic pathway offered by the school.
- If the selected pathway offers a higher reduction, the student will receive the greater benefit.
- Status is maintained throughout continuous enrolment up to graduation.
CONDITIONS FOR RETENTION
The following conditions must be met to retain Seed Student Program status:
1. Academic Progress
- Students must show meaningful academic progress in line with individual capabilities.
- Failure to meet the school’s progression standards may result in loss of program status.
2. Behavioural Expectations
- Students must adhere to the school’s code of conduct.
- Serious or repeated disciplinary violations may result in a revocation of status.
3. Reputation and Integrity
- Students are expected to represent the school positively.
- Behaviours that damage the school’s reputation - within or outside the school - will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
4. Enrolment Continuity
- Students who withdraw and return within one (1) academic year will retain their status.
- Absence for more than one academic year will result in permanent forfeiture of program status.
The school leadership reserves the right to review each case individually and to withdraw Seed Student Program status when any of the above conditions are not met. This ensures that the integrity and intent of the program are preserved for those who are committed to the school’s vision of long-term excellence and growth.
