Successfully launched in October 2018, our TEDx talks continue to grow. 

Our recent theme was: “Airplane Mode”! From “Airplane Mode”, we opened to a whole new concept of “Silence”. Everyday, around us, we can see the consequences of silence manifest themselves in the form of discrimination, violence, genocide, and war. Victims have chosen silence as protection and embracement for themselves. This really makes us question ourselves: is it really as melancholy and scary, or is it a pathway to a whole new realisation and reconciliation? Our speakers were comprised of talented individuals from Years 9-13 (Grades 8-12), and influential guest speakers. Their unique stories and experiences provided a diverse look into the interpretation of the theme and thus delivering a meaningful experience for both the speakers and the audience.
