The catering service at Reigate Grammar School Vietnam is catered by RGS Vietnam personnel working from our large commercial kitchen, located on campus.
We understand that what students eat affects their health and their ability to learn and perform in the classroom. At RGS Vietnam, our catering team provides nutritious, balanced meals, and we work to educate the students on how to make healthier food choices. Our goal is to instill a love and understanding of fresh, healthy food at a young age that will positively influence them throughout life.
All catering staff receives training in how to prepare and serve healthier food to RGS Vietnam students, and our skilled catering team works with fresh ingredients of the highest quality. Our Menu is tailored to reflect the tastes of our international diners, with culinary influences from around the globe. All ingredients are selected carefully by our chef, who ensures 3 criteria are met to create: fresh, organic, and delicious meals. With our large modern facilities, our kitchen team creates continental and Asian dishes focused around fresh seasonal ingredients, delivered daily.
Along with the careful consideration of the food's nutritional content, food presentation is also a focus for the professional kitchen staff. RGS Vietnam usually changes foods to suit the tastes of different students, as well as to help them improve their knowledge about the diversity of world cuisines. Most of all, RGS Vietnam ensures that the meals are delicious, safe, and healthy for all students!
