RGSV WELCOMES UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY GUEST LECTURE

At RGSV, we are committed to connecting our students with world-class academic experiences. We were honored to welcome Dr. Jonathon Hutchinson, Associate Professor in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney, ranked 19th globally in the 2025 QS World University Rankings.

Dr. Hutchinson, a renowned scholar in online communication and algorithmic culture, delivered an engaging seminar on Social Media in Vietnam. He explored how platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram shape society, youth culture, and even the RGSV student experience, bridging global insights with local relevance.

Our Year 13 students had the unique opportunity to experience a university-style lecture, reinforcing the practical, future-focused design of our UC curriculum.
