RGSV Sport Day – Event Of Fun, Competition, And Camaraderie

Two days of vibrant and exciting Sport Days were recently held at RGSV, bringing together students from the four houses of Tiger, Dragon, Unicorn, and Phoenix for moments of friendly competition and camaraderie.

Organised by the RGSV PE Department, the Sport Days featured a wide range of activities designed to cater to both secondary, primary and early years students, ensuring that everyone could participate and have fun.

Secondary students engaged in a total of 12 competitions across 14 rounds, showcasing their athletic abilities in various sports and games. The competitive spirit was high as students from each house cheered on their teammates and strived to bring home the victory.

Primary students also had their share of fun with 7 exciting competitions tailored to their age and abilities. The younger students eagerly participated in the games, demonstrating their enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

Beyond the competitive aspect, the Sport Days hold significant meaning for both students and the school community. They serve as a platform to promote the importance of physical education in a well-rounded education. Engaging in sports and physical activities not only benefits students' physical health but also fosters important values such as caring, courage, solidarity, and teamwork.
