RGSV Auditorium Featured In Architecture Magazine

The transformation of the former Bamboo Hall into the new RGSV Auditorium is featured in Architecture Magazine, the respected official publication of the Vietnam Association of Architects.  This magazine serves as a trusted platform for sharing professional insights and showcasing Vietnam's most notable architectural projects.

Designed to host school-wide musical events, the RGSV Auditorium ingeniously utilizes the existing steel frame structure.  The renovation has created a striking and aesthetically unique space that simultaneously meets the demanding acoustic requirements of a modern performance hall.  Key design elements include:

  • A subtle representation of piano keys and musical staves, achieved through the strategic placement of ceiling and wall panels. This creates a vibrant and artistic atmosphere.
  • Continuously flowing, softly curved panels that seamlessly connect and embrace the corners, lending a sense of fluidity and grace to the space.
  • A smooth, vaulted ceiling panel system that harmonizes with the walls, creating a sense of unity and enhancing both the visual and auditory experience for all in attendance.

Stepping into the RGSV Auditorium is like entering a magical world of music.  Here, every note not only resonates within the space but also becomes an integral part of the architecture itself, inspiring and moving the audience.
