RGS Vietnam Year 12 Students visit the British University Vietnam (BUV)
Recently, RGS Vietnam's Year 12 students visited the British University Vietnam (BUV) to learn more about the university environment, their next educational step. The trip is part of the UC's experience schedule for Sixth Form students, designed to provide valuable insights into the transition from high school to university, including the realities of studying and participating in university activities. This knowledge will be essential for them as future university students.
Beyond exploring BUV's modern facilities, RGSV students participated in classes on relevant topics like Exam Stress Management, Scholarship Application, and High School to University Transition. These sessions offered practical strategies to help students approach the application process more proactively and confidently, preparing them for a smooth start to university life.
The trip allowed students to delve deeper into BUV's diverse study programs, including Business, Computing and Innovative Technologies, Creative Industries, and Hospitality. By immersing themselves in real-life scenarios and exploring specific areas of interest, the Year 12 students gained valuable insights into potential career paths and developed a confident approach to their upcoming university journey.
At RGSV, students, particularly graduating seniors, receive ongoing guidance and support to help them choose appropriate study and career paths.
