A special Open Day – Connection and understanding

On October 22, RGSV proudly hosted a special Open Day for our parent community. The event was designed to offer parents a closer look into their children’s daily learning experiences at RGSV, as well as a deeper understanding of the school’s vision, direction, and commitment to providing a high-quality, holistic education.

During the session, parents had the opportunity to hear heartfelt and insightful sharing from Mr. Patrick Glennon – the Headmaster, along with a student representative, about their learning experiences at Reigate. At RGSV, we place great importance not only on academic excellence but also on the development of students’ character, physical well-being, emotional growth, and safety within a supportive and caring school environment.

One of the highlights of the event was the classroom visits, where parents observed firsthand how students and teachers interacted across various subjects - from language and mathematics lessons to science experiments in the laboratories and engaging music sessions. Our dedicated teachers warmly welcomed parents, taking time to share and discuss their teaching approaches, which made the visit both joyful and inspiring.

We truly believe that this meaningful experience has strengthened the bond between the school, parents, and students. At RGSV, we deeply value the partnership and trust of our parents as we continue our shared journey of nurturing confident, compassionate, and responsible global citizens.
