Dreams on the water – From Hanoi to Gangwon

This summer, RGSV students Min Tae-hwi (Year 12) and Yoo Jae-won (Year 10) embarked on a 25-day journey (June 23 – July 18) that pushed them beyond their limits in the water.

Training alongside local athletes at Gangwon Physical Education High School, they strengthened both skill and spirit. Their dedication shone brightly at the Gangwon Governor’s Cup, where both students earned two gold medals each in special events for overseas Koreans.

For Tae-hwi, the journey continues. His next goal is the Korean National Sports Festival this October. As an RGSV Sports Scholar, he carries not only his passion for swimming but also the pride of our community into every competition.
